We currently ship across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Non-metro / rural areas: 5–9 business days

Delays & Delivery Issues

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are entered correctly at checkout.

AdukkalaShop is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Any re-shipping costs due to incorrect address information will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product.

This will help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Cancellations After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
